This standard describes the external dimensions, characteristics, technical requirements and precautions of alkaline zinc-manganese button AG13 batteries. This standard applies to the alkaline zinc-manganese button AG13 battery produced by Dongguan Sunmol Battery Co., Ltd.

2.1 Nominal capacity.

It  re f e r s  to  the  discharge capacity when discharging continuously with 1KΩ at 20±2℃ to the termination voltage of 0.9V.

Test Environment

Unless otherwise stated, all tests were performed at a temperature of 20±2°C and a relative humidity of 60±15%.

And 5.2.3 Acceptance criteria.

1. Nine cells were discharged for each discharge condition.

2. The average discharge time is equal to or greater than the specified value of the minimum average discharge time, and no battery discharge time is less than 80% of the specified value, the battery discharge time is considered to meet the requirements.

3. If the above results do not pass, you can repeat the test again.

Shelf life

1 year storage at room temperature and suitable environment, after 1 year storage, the battery can retain 90% capacity

Packaging and marking can be done according to customer requirements. In the absence of special requirements, the following are generally marked on the battery.

Cautions

1. It is prohibited to charge the battery, which may lead to battery leakage, heat, or even explosion and fire.

2. When installing the battery, please install the battery in the correct direction to avoid damaging the battery by over-discharging or back-charging, which may even cause battery leakage, heat, rupture and fire.

3. It is forbidden to short-circuit, heat, put the battery into fire, or attempt to disassemble it.

4. It is forbidden to over-discharge the battery, which may lead to battery leakage or danger.

5. It is forbidden to use the new battery and the used battery at the same time.

6. Please remove the depleted battery from the appliance to avoid over-discharging the battery and causing it to leak.

7. It is forbidden to weld the battery to avoid damaging the insulation ring and the protection device.

8. Please do not place the battery in the hands of infants and children to avoid accidentally swallowed, in case of swallowing, please seek medical attention immediately.

9. It is forbidden to take the battery apart, destroy the battery casing and modify the battery to avoid a short circuit, which will eventually lead to battery leakage, or even rupture and fire.

If the product leaks and electrolyte gets into your eyes, do not rub, flush your eyes with water, and if necessary, go to a hospital immediately for treatment, otherwise your eyes will be injured.

If the product emits odor, heat, discoloration, deformation or any abnormalities occur during use or storage, immediately remove the product from the unit and discontinue use.
